The ground floor has 'French Doors' , facing South, with garden table and chairs on a patio outside, with views across main large lawn and the 'Alphinbrook Valley'.

Electric heating, all fuel and power plus bed linen included in rent, colour TV, washer/dryer, freezer, michrowave, shared terrace, garden furniture, ample off road parking. One, well behaved, pet welcome unless agreed otherwise by owners. Cot available.

This cottage is part of Hayne Barton, a grade 2 listed farm dating from 1086 (Domesday Book) with 16 acres of gardens, fields, streams and woodland. It is only 4 miles from the beautiful and romantic Cathedral City of Exeter, with both the sea, Jurassic World Heritage Site Coast, and Dartmoor only a short drive away. On the farm there are sheep and horses, while in the woods badgers, foxes and even deer can be seen. For the Ornithologists amongst you, owls, buzzards, and other species of birds can be sighted.
