The Granary is a 200 year old Granary with magnificent views across the Alphinbrook Valley. It has been charmingly renovated with the romantic in mind. This self-catering character cottage has its original beams and features unique brick arches.

Facilities include one bedroom on the ground floor with doors opening onto a rose garden. The bath and shower room are on the same level. Upstairs is the lounge-diner and fully equipped, modern kitchen including microwave and washing machine. There is a colour TV and window seats.

Outside there is a patio with garden table and chairs, and beautiful views across the valley. All services are included, as is the bed linen.

This cottage is part of Hayne Barton, a grade 2 listed farm dating from 1086 (The Domesday Book) with 16 acres of gardens, fields, streams and woodland. It is only 4 miles from the beautiful and romantic Cathedral City of Exeter, with both the sea and Dartmoor only a short drive away. On the farm there are sheep and horses, while in the woods badgers, foxes and even deer can be seen. For the ornithologists amongst you, owls, buzzards and other species of birds can be sighted. Well behaved pets are welcome.
